Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms and conditions apply when you use the Safe & Sound Digital website or book our digital safety services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Safe & Sound Digital is a trading name of Mijo Enterprises Ltd. We provide practical digital safety support for families and small businesses, including parental controls, account security, scam prevention, and backup planning. We operate in Brighton & Hove and remote UK-wide.
Questions about these terms? Email us at info@safeandsounddigital.com or call +447426903048.
Our services
We offer digital safety consultations and hands-on support, which may include:
- Child device safety and parental controls
- Security reviews and scam prevention
- Data protection, backup strategy, and recovery planning
- Follow-up guidance and written recommendations where agreed
The scope of each engagement will be agreed with you before work begins. We provide practical guidance and support — not legal, financial, or regulated IT security certification services.
Bookings and consultations
You can book a free initial consultation through our website or by contacting us directly. Paid services are confirmed once we have agreed the scope, price, and timing with you.
Fees and payment
Prices for paid services are quoted before you commit. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due on or before the date of the session.
We will tell you clearly if any additional work falls outside the agreed scope and what it will cost before proceeding.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where you can.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend a confirmed paid session, we may charge a cancellation fee up to the full session price. Free consultations may be rebooked at our discretion.
What we do and do not do
Our advice is based on practical experience and current best practice. Digital threats evolve quickly, and no setup can guarantee complete protection. We cannot guarantee that you will never experience fraud, data loss, or unauthorised access.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice
- We will never ask for passwords, seed phrases, or private keys
- We do not perform hardware repairs — device repairs are handled separately by our partner Omnitech Support
- We are not responsible for actions you take (or do not take) after a session
Your responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your devices, accounts, and concerns
- Back up important data before we make changes, where possible
- Be present (or available) during sessions and follow agreed steps at your own pace
- Ensure you have authority to grant access to any devices or accounts we review
Device access and confidentiality
During a session we may need to view settings on your devices or accounts with your permission. We treat information we see as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed service.
For more detail on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, income, or business opportunity, except where required by law.
Use of our website
Content on this website is for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
