Safe & Sound Digital was created by two local dads who believe everyone deserves to feel confident and secure online.

Mike is a software engineer based in Brighton with more than 30 years experience designing and building secure software systems. His career has ranged from telecommunications and large-scale online auction platforms to blockchain and cryptography, giving him a deep understanding of the technologies that underpin today's digital world.

Like many people, Mike has experienced sophisticated phishing attempts, online scams and identity theft first-hand. Those experiences reinforced an important lesson: even people who work in technology can become targets.

By co-founding Safe & Sound Digital with Mark, Mike's aim is to make practical digital safety accessible to everyone — helping families and small businesses protect themselves with straightforward advice, proven tools and a calm, supportive approach.

Mark is the owner of Omnitech Support in Brighton and has spent many years helping local people keep their technology running smoothly. From replacing cracked phone screens and recovering precious family photos to repairing water-damaged devices and supporting small business networks, he has built a reputation for honest advice and quality workmanship.

Through thousands of conversations with customers, one theme has become impossible to ignore: people increasingly need help not just repairing their devices, but using them safely. Parents ask how to protect their children's phones, families worry about scams and online fraud, and small businesses want straightforward guidance they can trust.

Safe & Sound Digital grew from those conversations. Mark's practical, friendly approach ensures customers feel supported, understood and confident — not overwhelmed by technology.
